Old Return Policy

A return request can be initiated if the product or the products are different from the specifications provided on the product page or are damaged during the shipping process.

On raising a request, we shall contact our delivery partners who will collect the product from you. Please retain the original packaging to return the product or the products.

  • If a product is damaged during shipping

If the product reaches you in damaged condition, you can initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. The return can either be initiated by logging into the account and requesting a return, or by sending us a mail at hello@ethnicache.com.

  • If the product is different from the specifications

If the specifications of a product are different from the ones provided on the product page, a return can be initiated within 14 days from the receipt of the product. The return can either be initiated by logging into the account and requesting a return, or by sending us a mail at hello@ethnicache.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. Please retain the original packaging to help with the return process.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Following the above, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days from the receipt of the product by us. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) for both Domestic & International Customers

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

An order can be canceled from the interface. The order cannot be canceled if we have already shipped the products.
